School

Today starts the day of my second semester of school. I will be taking a history on Mexico, an English class, and re-taking the math class I failed last semester. The English and history classes look like fun, but the math I am not looking forward too.
There is not much to say about any of it right now though, since it all just started today, and the class that did is online. It was just a lot of reading and figuring out how it is all going to work.

I am hoping to have Trouble in the Tomb finished by the end of the week. I really want to try and publish this one, so I am looking into all the information I will need for that. There is a lot, and this time I don't have anyone to do the cover for me so I will have to figure that out. Especially marketing. I don't think I'm off to a good start with it.

I was going to say more, but I don't really have a lot to talk about. I broke my camera, which is tragic. It is an off brand too so it is hard to get the parts for it. I'm thinking of getting another with the next grant money, and just keeping it in the case all the time until I use it. This isn't the first camera which has died on me. I don't know what it is with me and cameras, but we're a bad mix.

And that is all.

  1. Hey, Evy ... fun blog!!

I hope you don't mind, but I saw your comment on Austenitis about Charity's review of my book, A Passion Redeemed and wanted to let you know that this is a series best read in order due to a number of big surprises, and A Passion Redeemed is book 2. BUT ... the good news is that book 1, A Passion Most Pure, is available for FREE DOWNLOAD right now, so I hope you check it out. :) Here's the link, just in case you do: http://amzn.to/1bmfkcv

Oh, and this Irish family saga starts in 1916, but it goes all through the 1920s into the early 1930s with six siblings, so you'll get your dose of the '20s, I assure you, especially in the 4th book, A Hope Undaunted. :)

So if you do decide to read APMP, let me know if you like it because I'm running a contest right now through 3/31 where even one brief review posted enters you to have a character named after you in my next book and a signed copy. But ... if you don't like it, well ... uh, never mind ... ;)

    Hugs and HAPPY READING!!

    Julie
